For those who enjoy warmth, the Finnish Sauna and the fragrant Bio Sauna at the Thermal Hotel Bad Griesbach are perfect choices. The alternating heat and subsequent cooling with cold water strengthens the immune system and is – when used appropriately – beneficial to health.

The steam bath, spatially separated from the two saunas, is good for the respiratory system, detoxifies the body, and relaxes the muscles.

Additionally, in the bathing area, there is an infrared cabin and the SABBIA MED "Sand & Light Oasis."
